We would definitely recommend this place to people who are very slim and 5ft 9 or under. They asked us to feed the cat, and we did every night. One of those nights two bears came to the house and it was very interesting to see up close. We appreciate the very nice place with clear instructions. Accessing the property and getting inside was very easy. The host was friendly, too.

My kids used the hot tub each day and the bed swing was fantastic to relax on. Parker was very thoughtful preparing the house for guests; including sound machines, outlets / charging ports throughout the house, snacks and water upon arrival and very cute decorations. Parker was also very responsive throughout the stay and even let us know that three black bears were in the area (viewed through the driveway camera)! Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing Smoky Mountain time away.
